- 1- tsp ajwain
- 1- tsp kasoori methi
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1- tsp cumin powder
- 1- tsp garam masala
- 1- tsp black salt
- 1- tsp amchur powder
- 1- Onion cut into pieces
- 1- Capsicum
- Lemon juice
- 2- tsp mustard oil

Method: How To Make Paneer Tikka Recipe
First of all, you have to cut the paneer into pieces and take it in a bowl. Then add ginger, garlic paste, salt, Kashmiri red chilies, red chili powder, turmeric, curd, celery, kasoori methi, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, black salt, and mango powder. After adding all these things, mix it well. Then add onion, capsicum, and lemon juice to it. After this, mix the pieces of paneer well by hand so that all the spices can go into it or mix well.
